San Joaquin Gardens' Garden View Health Center is the preferred choice for skilled nursing care. A dedicated staff provides quality care in a bright, energetic atmosphere and a residential environment. Professionally licensed nurses and certified nursing aides serve residents 24 hours a day, combining the latest health care techniques with personal attention. By building close relationships with residents, our nursing staff people become more than caregivers - they become friends.
We work closely with each resident's private physician to ensure that proper medical care is provided to individuals as needed. Our comprehensive support services include intensive rehabilitation; podiatry; audiology; ophthalmology; dentistry; psychology; and hospice care.
The Health Center is designed for comfort and convenience. We’re well equipped with an emergency response system, fully accessible bathrooms and therapeutic beds. Residents are encouraged to add personal touches to their rooms, so that it feels more like home and peace of mind is enhanced.
