Nursing Department:
Licensed Nurses: CASUAL, RNs and LVNs. Must have a current CA license and CPR certified.
CNAs: Casual. Must have a current CA certification
RN Nurse Supervisor: FT. Must have 2-yr experience. Oversees care of residents and the work activities of the nursing team members; coordinates medical records and documentation.
Assisted Living:
Director of Assisted Living: FT, Must have 2 years experience in supervising; have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Willing to obtain an RCFE license. Identifies and monitors needs of residents in Assisted Living levels of care and Alzheimer's Dementia Care, coordinates with Wellness Department, Health Care Center, and Residents Review Committee, while maintaining the Assisted Living building in regulatory compliance, providing administrative oversight of team members. Supervise Resident Clinical Coordinator. Oversees and coordinates Home Care Department.
Resident Assistant : Casual/Partime, 1 year experience, encourage Certified Nurses Assistant to apply.
Assisted Living/Home Care:
Universal Caregiver: Casual, 1 year experience, encourage Certified Nurses Assistant to apply. Will be trained to work in Home Care and Assisted Living as a universal worker.
